How do I verify my account?

When your school creates an account for you, you will receive an email from TripComms containing a unique link.

Please note that the link you receive will expire after 72 hours. If you do not verify your account before this time, you will need to contact your school who will generate a new link for you to use.

I have forgotten my username or password

To reset your login details, go to https://www.fyp.daniel-ellis.co.uk to begin the recovery process.

My account has been disabled

There are a number of reasons for your account being disabled, such as:

  • You had too many failed login attempts within a 24 hour period.
  • You had too many failed attempts at resetting your username or password within a 24 hour period.
  • Your school has deactivated your account as your child has left the school.

When attempting to login you will be shown a message explaining why you currently cannot login.

  • If your school has deactivated your account by accident, please contact them.
  • If your account is disabled, please wait 24 hours before attempting to login again.
